Sheep and Sheepfolds

Simply, salvation is found in community. When we hear the call of the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, we become ‘sheep of His pasture’. John 10:9. And we are also called into His sheepfold to be saved. Jer 32:1. The individual challenge of Christian salvation must always be linked to the aspect of community. This call to live in community is very specific. We are called to be part of a local, Christian community where our lives are given in committed relationships, in very practical ways.
