Suffering is one of those easily avoided subjects. None of us likes
suffering; most of us would minimize it if we could. The purpose
of this booklet is not to look at the causes of pain and suffering or
even how to cope with them when they come. Our aim is to see
what the Scriptures say about our attitude to suffering.
